Went last night, got sausage and chips, friendly staff, great prices, only thing wrong with this place is until last night, I didn't know it existed, it's hidden away behind the pizza shop opposite Rajas. Very nice food, highly recommended.

Fresh cooked fish, enjoyed every bit of my meal of haddock chips and a portion of English curry on the side,, we sat in to eat comfortably . Great value and top quality . I do travel the country working away so I'm quite educated in this field.. An updated handy toilet could be a future improvement but keep the food quality as it is., try

The chippy is in a alley but it's like walking into a TARDIS! the inside looks absolutely dapper like a diner, and the sir at the counter is an absolute joy 10/10 Would recomend again. Featuring in the photo is a " little fish and chips meal" valued at £5.49 pop included.

My mother and I visited Nash's Restaurant in Leeds city centre for lunch. I cannot praise the food highly enough. I had the fish pie with a seasonal salad and my mother had gluten free fish and chips. The fish pie was delicious, absolutely full of salmon and prawns with beautiful cheesy mash on top. It was very filling and I wasn't able to manage any dessert! My mother said the gluten free fish tasted so good she thought it was ordinary batter. I'm sure that next time we meet in Leeds we will head for Nash's.

I went with 2 friends to Nash's famous fish and chips restaurant just off New Briggate. We all thought the lightly battered fish and the proper potato chips and mushy peas were excellent. Not at all greasy, just delicious. The service by a gentleman was friendly. We'll be back.

Lovely big place, stashed down side, food was bang on, had standard fish and chips, value for money, and service was excellent, turned telly over for me while I ate, £5.50 for a perfect meal, quality, highly recommended

Decent place to try some authentic-ish fish and chips. I had heard about the place a lot, hence went there with very high expectations. The food was okay, the portions were big and I liked the mushy peas I got as a side. and the person working there was friendly and helpful.
